Herb Marinade
 
  Ingredients:

4 tbsp
  olive oil
 
2 tbsp
  clover honey
 
1/4 cup
  rice wine vinegar
 
1 tsp
  granulate garlic
 
1 tsp
  onion salt
 
1 1/2 tbsp
  fresh rosemary (chopped)
 
1 1/2 tbsp
  fresh thyme (chopped)
 
1 1/2 tsp
  fresh oregano (chopped)
 
1/2 tsp
  fresh sage (chopped)
 
2
  green onions, (minced)
   
  Directions:
   
  Combine all the ingredients thoroughly and pour over chosen meat
Refrigerate overnight This marinade works great on chicken pork and tuft cut of beef flank and skirt steak I always make double and triple batches
   
  Chef Notes:
   
  Note: Never reuse marinade, always discard used marinades immediately
