Balsamic Jelly
 
  Ingredients:

1 cup
  balsamic vingar
 
1 1/2 tsp
  unflavored gelatin
 
6 tbsp
  honey
   
  Directions:
   
  Add vinegar to a small sauce pan, sprinkle gelatin over vinegar and let stand until softened - about 1o minutes. Stir over medium heat until gelatin in dissovled, do not bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in honey. Divid in to 6 7 small ramekins or large bowl.Chill until set, about 8 hours.
   
  Chef Notes:
   
  Serve will crusty bread and whipped unsalted butter. It's also the topping for grilled pork chops.
