Herb Pesto
 
  Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups
  fresh basil, lightly packed
 
1/2 cup
  pine nuts, toasted
 
1/2 cup
  freshly grated parmesan cheese
 
1/4 cup
  parsley
 
1/4 cup
  fresh tarragon, leaves
 
3 cloves
  garlic
 
1/2 cup
  extra-virgin olive oil
   
  Directions:
   
  Add first 6 ingredients in food processor. Blend until herbs are finely chopped. Add oil and blend to coarse puree. Season with kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper. The perfect summer grill topping.
   
  Chef Notes:
   
  This is the perfect topping for almost any grilled meat, seafood or chicken. Make use to bring pesto to room tempreture before topping entree. This pesto is also great on grilled corn.
