Honey-Ancho Chili Butter
 
  Ingredients:

8 tbsp
  unsalted butter
 
1 tbsp
  ancho chili powder
 
1 tsp
  cumin, ground
 
1 tbsp
  honey
 
1/2 tsp
  oregano, dried
 
1/2 tsp
  kosher salt
 
1/4 tsp
  granulated garlic
 
1/4
  onion powder
   
  Directions:
   
  Melt 2 tbsp unsalted butter in small skillet over medium low heat. Add chili powder and cumin; stir for 10 - 15 seconds. Remove from the heat and transfer to small glass or stainless bowl, stir in honey and cool. Add the remaining ingredients to the remaining 6 tbsp of softened butter, mixing till smooth. Combine both, incorporating till smooth, chill for 30 minutes before using.
   
  Chef Notes:
   
  This is the perfect condiment for grilled corn. Bobbie & I also use it on flank steak. Make sure to make a double batch.
