Directions: |

Cook sausage over medium heat in large non-stick skillet till brown, add garlic, onion, carrots, basil, salt and pepper. Cook 5-7 minutes till onions are tender. Add tomatoes and stock, bring to a boil. Add beans and broccoli, simmer for 12-15 minutes. Finish with parsley and top with grated parmesan cheese. |
