  Ingredients:

  distilled vinegar
 
1 cup
  granulated sugar

  small green bell peppers, seeded, diced

  red bell pepper, seeded, diced

  yellow onion
 
2 cups
  green cabbage, roughly chopped

  jalapeno peppers, seeded, diced
 
2 tsp
  kosher salt
   
  Directions:
   
  Combine the vinegar and sugar in a medium nonreactive pot, and bring to a simmer. Pulse each vegetable individually one (1) time until coarsely ground in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Add the vegetables to the vinegar and simmer for five (5) minutes. Add the salt and stir. Can according to standard USDA instructions, or see the Ball Blue Book.
