Directions: |

| |
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl and chili for at least 4 hours. Remove from refrigerator and stir, sometimes you may need to adjust the oil, sugar and vinegar. Adding and addictional teaspoon of each normally do the job. Finish by topping the slaw with the orange zest right before serving. |
