Mix all ingredients together incorporating thoroughtly. Transferee to skillet, bringing to boil. Cook until reduced to thick glaze. |

"Pork's Best Friend" This glaze works great on most corks of pork. I love to serve this with grilled pork chops. The raisins give the chops and added sweetness. I always make a double batch and serve half as a dipping sauce on the side. I used Bourbon for years, but lately I've found Jack Daniels Black Label has a deep caramelized flavor that gives this recipe a needed lift.
