Directions: |

| |
Mix all the above ingredients together in the 1/2 size aluminum pan, except the green onions. Add the chicken stock, stirring till incorporated well. Cover with aluminum foil and place on preheat ABS Smoker. Cook at 225 degrees for 1 1/2 hours stirring once after the first 45 minutes. Uncover and finish by smoking with fruit wood for 20-30 minutes. Garish with the green onions. Make sure to serve rice hot. |
