Directions: |

| |
Preheat your American Barbecue Systems grill to medium-high using lump charcoal. Combine all the dry ingredients in a small bowl mixing thoroughly. Pat rub on both sides of the steaks and let set for 15 minutes. Grill for 5 minutes on each side for medium rare, or till done to your liking. Remember to let the steaks rest for 7 minutes after removing from the grill. This lets the juices redistribute. |

Remember when grilling to keep the lid down durning each 5 minute segment. This helps with even cooking and reduces flair-ups. It's also important to use long handle tongs for turning. Remember safety first, food second and last never leave your grill unattended. One other quick note, always keep your steaks covered durnig the 15 minutes they're setting out.
