  Chef Notes:
One important note; you may want to have a lid handy to protect yourself during the boiling stage. The lid will cut down on sputtering. You'll only need to boil the sauce for a couple of minutes. For those of you that like your sauce slightly sweeter, you can add another 1/4 -1/2 cup of light brown sugar. Remember the higher concentration of sugars, the quicker the sauce will burn or scorch during the finishing stages. Adding salt can be done before serving. Some people tend to like more than others.
This sauce needs to be refrigerated after it cools. For more informtion on this sauce and other recipes just email: www.pigpals@pigpals.net
