Cajun Dry Rub
 
  Ingredients:

3/4 cup
  paprika
 
2 1/2 tbsp
  kosher salt
 
1 1/2 tsp
  cayenne pepper
 
1/2 tsp
  chipotle pepper
 
2 tsp
  fresh cracked black pepper
 
2 tsp
  oregano
 
1 1/2 tsp
  thyme
 
1 1/2 tsp
  basil
 
2 tbsp
  granulated garlic
   
  Directions:
   
  Mix all ingredients together and blend for 30 seconds. Store in an airtight container in a cool dark place.
   
  Chef Notes:
   
  When I storing spices I use my old spice bottle and refill. I also have two drawers for storing my most used spices. Each drawer will hold 28 bottles. Lowes sells the spice bottle inserts. All you do is measure your drawers and Lowes will custom cut the insert. The material is under $10 a drawer.
This seasoning is great on corn and all types of white flesh fish.
