Directions: |

Mix first three ingredients together. Stir in the eggs. Add melted butter and vanilla. Mix for 30 seconds before pouring mixture into a 9 inch greased glass pie pan. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes. This recipe makes its own crust. Serve warm and top with ice cream. |

Make sure to always cook single pies in the middle\center of the oven. This ensures even cooking every time. Glass pie pans\plates also help ensure even cooking. Glass works like cast iron when it comes to conducting heat.
