The McWrights have spent years as gourmet cooks. They have also won numerous championships as nationally known barbecue experts. Their name is synonymous with excellence in grilled, roasted, and smoked meats. Through the years, we have shared our techniques and knowledge of food preparation and service with our friends and fellow competitors.
There is a warm, friendly atmosphere throughout, and simplicity is an integral part of the lessons to be learned. Bobbie and Lee McWright prefer to establish a mastery of basic, advanced, and creative cooking techniques, using mostly the essential equipment and ingredients found in any experienced cook’s kitchen.
